Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with the purchase you have made. You have 10 days after your purchase date to decide if you want to keep or return your items for store credit.

Items purchased with Sustainable Steals store credit will always be refunded back as store credit.

Please send us an e-mail with the order number and items you are wishing to return. Return your items into the locker in the condition they were sold in, within 10 days of your purchase date. We will process your hassle-free return in the form of store credit and you will recieve an emailed recipt as confirmation.

We are currently not accepting returns on shipped items.

Please note that we will only offer store credit as a refund for items if they are returned to Sustainable Steals Consignment within 10 days of the purchase date and are in the same condition in which they were sold. If you do not meet these requirements, a refund will not be issued.

Promo codes must be used at time of order and may not be applied once an order has been submitted.
