Delivery & Contactless Pick-Up within Prince George, BC

Please allow 1-5 days for orders to be prepared. We offer local Prince George, B.C. delivery within city limits for a small fee. All orders received before 9pm Monday night will be eligible for Wednesday delivery. All orders placed before 9pm Thursday night will be eligible for Saturday delivery.

We offer FREE pick up! Our pick-up locker will be open for contactless pick up from 9am to 9pm Monday to Sunday. It is conveniently located in College Heights.

Please refer to our liability policies to learn more about the efforts we take to keep items safe. However, Sustainable Steals Consignment is not responsible for nor do we refund for any stolen, broken, tampered with, destructed, or damaged orders/items.

Shipping

Currently we are only shipping within Canada. Customer pays exact shipping costs calculated at checkout. Standard shipping time frames will apply, based on the shipping method you choose. Parcels will be shipped out on Mondays.

We are currently NOT accepting returns on shipped items. Please read descriptions and measurements of items thoroughly. If you have any questions or if more detailed measurements or sizing info is needed, don't hesitate to send us a message and we'd be happy to assist you in any way we can.

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.

Sustainable Steals Consignment is not responsible for, nor do we refund for lost, damaged, tampered with, destructed or stolen packages that may occur during the delivery process. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.
